If you can dream it, you can do it.
On April 23, 2010, Phil Woods (72 years young) began his second Walk Across America. Averaging a marathon’s worth
of miles per day, he expects to complete
his 2,500 north-south journey from
the Canadian border in International Falls, Minnesota, to Key West, Florida, in 6 months.
His goal is simple: to create a better America by inspiring all of us to get moving—
to take better care of ourselves and better
care of one another. It starts with one step.
